Pupils of the Week 6th November 2020
Our learners of the week are Zachary and Eryn for both showing commitment to their learning. We are very proud of them both and they are excellent role models within the class.
Alfie & Freddie- We would like to thank both boys for their commitment to improving their phonic knowledge and reading skills. They practice every day in school and are always very enthusiastic and try their best. Well done Alfie and Freddie!
Bella - for showing the virtue of friendliness this week. Bella has come back after half term and has really reflected on her friendships and showing kindness to others. She has had a really successful week and enjoyed our PSHRE lessons all about being kind and random acts of kindness.
Rio - for his determination in Maths this week. We have been adding and taking away tens. Rio has worked so hard and has taken on board all of the work conferencing that he has done with an adult. Super job Rio, keep up the hard work.
Sam K is learner of the week for continuing to further develop his focus and concentration during lesson times. Well done Sam, keep it up!
Mariella is learner of the week for her determination to do everything she can to improve her work and complete it to the highest standards. Well done Mariella, keep it up!
Ryan Junior is learner of the week for the perserverance he has show in improving his handwriting. He has not given up and strives to do the best that he can. Well done Ryan Junior, keep it up!
Chloe is learner of the week for her amazing art skills. We designed our chocolate bar wrappers this week and Chloe's drawing of a bid was phonemonal. Well done Chloe!
Noel - for working hard at home to demonstrate the skills he has learnt in literacy this week. Noel produced a super set of instructions about Pokemon which is based on 'How to Trap a Troll' Keep up the hard work Noel.
Masie - is an absolute pleasure to have in class who always works extremely hard, use fantastic manners and is certainly not afraid to persevere with her work.
Robyn is our special mention this week
Since Wednesday we have seen a different Robyn in class who is trying hard to stay focused during the input of lessons and is putting her hand up much more in class to respond to questions. Keep this up Robyn! Mrs Goldsworthy is very proud of you.
Megan & Florence - for always being really focussed in lessons and always trying their best in whatever we are doing. Both girls are also really helpful in the classroom.
Olly H - for much better focussing in class recently and putting up his hand a lot more.
Theo - for his excellent memory with our latest text type in literacy - Non-Chronological Reports
Oliver & Aaron - for their fantastic knowledge and contributions to our science work this week
Ella - for doing all the work set on Google Classroom while she was away - in just one day!
