Learners of the Week ending 1st February
Beth - for always working to the best of your ability. Your mature approach to your studies and friendships is so natural and effortless. It is a joy to have you in our class, it make it a brighter place.
Evan - This week Evan produced some outstanding work in English but improving the vocabulary in a piece of text. You did such a good job Evan, well done.
Kerensa - For producing such a wonderful project about dinosaurs, you're so knowledgeable, thank you. You have also blown us away this week with your English work where you created your own monster - excellent work.
Perran - For creating an unusual presentation for your homework, watch out Jamie Oliver! Perran, the meal you prepared for your family looked delicious and your accompanying slideshow was excellent, well done.
Ruby - for a super day on Wednesday and helping Mrs Monks so brilliantly to clean the fish tank and look after our fish.
Taylor - for showing the virtue of commitment. Taylor is an exemplary member of the Dragonflies' class and is always doing the right thing at the right time. I know that I can always rely on Taylor to be following the rules, working hard and we feel very lucky to have him in our class.
Stephanie - for showing the virtue of diligence. This week Stephy has worked very hard on sharing and grouping for division in Maths. She always takes on board the feedback you give her and it is so lovely to see her helping others on her table too. I really appreciate how dedicate and hard working Stephanie is. Keep it up.
Ellie – for her growing confidence in Maths and Literacy. We’ve been so impressed with how Ellie has found the courage to give things a go even when they are difficult. Well done Ellie, keep it up.
Johan – for his enthusiasm and determination to improve and do his very best. He is always eager, at home and at school, to go that extra mile to make his work better. Well done Johan, we are all so proud!
George & Jessica - We are delighted with both George and Jessica, they have shown great commitment to their learning and are always willing to put in a lot of effort. This has had a very positive impact on the confidence enabling them to share their thinking more of the time. Well done to you both and thank you for your efforts.
