Learners of the Week ending 14th December
No achievement assembly this week so not every class has pupils of the week and no opportunity for a group picture this week.
Daniela did a fantastic job in retelling our class story accurately, also using actions and great expression in her story telling. Isabella has shown herself to be a keen and conscientious learner this week. She quietly gets on with her work but also offers great suggestions during class discussions. She is also a very kind, caring and helpful member of the class. Well done!
Finlay has really impressed us with his listening skills and enthusiasm this week. He organises himself quickly showing he is ready to learn and has shared some great ideas and knowledge with the class in science this week.
Ruby and Tezmay have impressed us with their resilience this week in returning to the swimming pool – well done girls.
My pupil of the week is Jack V, for showing great focus and a very mature attitude in not allowing others to distract him from doing a super job and behaving very sensibly in all the performances in church this week, setting an excellent example for others.
My special mentions are all the readers for the carol services: Phoebe A, Lucy M, Amber C, Jayden C, Jack V & Ethan J, who did an excellent job of reading in the church, despite the technical problems with the microphone!
Learners of the week for Butterflies class are… everyone! We are all extremely proud of the children for showing huge commitment to learning their lines for our Christmas Production. They have shown a huge amount of courage to stand in front of lots of people and act. We are sure you will all agree, they were EXCELLENT!!
